Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia orders over $100. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.
Where do you ship?
We are offer shipping services that currently operate in Hong Kong, Macau, Tai Wan, Singapore, and Malaysia. We can also ship to other countries, however, due to higher shipping costs in other regions, we recommend that you can contact us and check the shipping costs in your country before purchasing, which may be cheaper than automatic counting in our system.
Return & Exchanges
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, we will provide a one-hour grace period after confirmation. Please note that your order will be processed in one hour. Changes and cancellations attempted after this window will not take effect. At this time, we cannot modify the order. To cancel your order, please contact us via the message in the bottom left corner.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days after you receive shipping confirmation. In order to accept your return, items must be unworn with tags attached. Footwear must be unworn and include its original shoebox without post labels. For more information, here's our Refund Policy.
My package arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us immediately so that an investigation can proceed. We are here to help.

How much will I be charged for tax?
Taxes will be charged based on the applicable country, state and local percentage and price of your merchandise total and, where required by law, on shipping and handling charges.

Please refer to our Size Chart. Use the following guidelines, along with a fabric tape measure, to be certain you're ordering the right size. Make sure to wear little or no clothing when taking your measurements.
